While most walkthroughs last 30-45min, we schedule an hour to ensure you have all your questions answered and you well informed without feeling rushed.
We strive to try and ease the stress of the home buying process. We will get you the report within 24 hours of the inspection and the majority of the reports are finished within a couple hours of the walkthrough.
